Rigpa's international archive has so far catalogued over 9,000 audios, 3,000 videos and 3,500 transcripts of teachings. This extraordinary wealth of teachings includes many given by the first generation of great masters who visited the west, and a rescue program has been launched to transfer them onto CD.
Rigpa oversees the editing and publishing of teachings by Sogyal Rinpoche, teachings given by masters at Rigpa's request, translations of practice texts, journals and a Tibetan calendar.
As well as preserving the teachings, Zam—Rigpa's audio-visual group—edits audio and video tapes of selected teachings and makes them available to as wide an audience as possible. For students they serve as the basis for ongoing study, and a support throughout their everyday lives.
The September 2000 issue of Rigpa Journal, Rigpa's International Review, was a tribute to His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
